MATClinics is a leading outpatient addiction treatment center with 8 locations throughout Maryland. They offer outpatient treatment with buprenorphine (typically Suboxone), as well as mental health and substance use counseling. Their team of experienced professionals are dedicated to helping people overcome their addiction and achieve long-term recovery.

They left their old agency and hired us to gain more visibility in their local markets rather than just being visible nationwide. Their previous agency focused more on high-funnel traffic through targeting broad keywords and writing general blogs. There did not seem to be any sort of cohesive strategy to actually get new patients and increase rankings in their “backyard.” They were getting a lot of high-funnel national traffic but next to nothing in terms of qualified leads. 

Their goal was to leverage the site to acquire more patients organically rather than constantly having to pay for them through paid efforts.

Knowing they needed local Maryland traffic, we put a local SEO strategy in place for them and added missing conversion opportunities throughout their site. By taking this local approach, we’ve been able to dominate rankings in their clinic locations and even throughout the entire state of Maryland.
