BACKGROUND

MATClinics is an outpatient Opioid addiction treatment center with 8 locations across Maryland and growing.

PBJ was hired to increase leads for their existing clinics and to generate brand awareness and steady patient appointments for their new sites as/when they are launched.

HOW WE DID IT

Through our research, we identified the most relevant keywords and commonly searched variants that were able to deliver low-cost conversions. To improve brand awareness, we worked with the client to develop stronger creatives with more compelling ad copy. We also ran local campaigns on Google Ads to boost each clinic’s Google My Business profile listings, increasing walk-ins and phone calls.

OUR STRATEGY

Lead Generation 
By recognizing “Suboxone”, the primary medication used to treat Opioid addiction, as the most relevant keyword, we then developed a list of variants including the terms below:

  • “Suboxone treatment”
  • “Suboxone near me”
  • “Outpatient Suboxone”

With campaigns focused around these searches, we were able to increase total appointments by 91.59% in the first 12 months.

Awareness
By deploying the new creatives through Facebook and Google Display with radius based targeting around each of the clinics, we were able to increase website users from Direct Traffic by 205% in the first 12 months.
