Who is The Lamp NYC and Why Did They Come to PBJ for Help?

The Lamp is dedicated to teaching youth, parents and educators to comprehend, create and critique media technology in the media-saturated world today.

The Lamp had a meaningful mission, but their digital marketing efforts were not giving them the visibility or engagement they needed. Although they already had a Google Ad Grant in place, the account was poorly structured, driving minimal traffic, and at risk of losing eligibility. Their email marketing was also underperforming, with open rates well below where they needed to be.
