Background

Transitions Counseling and Consulting is an Arizona-based mental health practice serving children, teenagers, and adults across Phoenix, Tucson, and surrounding areas. They provide comprehensive therapeutic services including individual therapy, intensive outpatient programs, partial hospitalization, psychiatry, and medication management through a network of locations with in-network insurance coverage.

The Transitions team engaged both our SEO and Paid Media services to address 3 strategic objectives:

- Increase patient enrollment for their Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial

- Hospitalization Program (PHP) across all locations Accelerate patient acquisition timelines for newly opened facilities to achieve optimal capacity

- Enhance data attribution capabilities to support comprehensive marketing performance analysis and optimization.

Our Strategy

SEO Tactics

They weren't ranking locally for any IOP or PHP keywords and thus not getting enough leads for these services. To help increase their local rankings and presence, we built out IOP and PHP-specific location pages for all of their office locations. In addition to creating the location pages, we also paired that with supporting blog content, existing content optimizations and a robust internal linking strategy. With these strategies in place, they are now the #1 provider for IOP and PHP services throughout Arizona.

Paid Media Tactics

While they did have campaigns running for IOP and Therapy searches, we found that their existing strategy was primarily driving traffic low quality traffic Additionally they did not have adequate tracking inplace meaning they could not accurately assess their paid campaign performance. To combat this, we helped to significantly improve tracking and reduce low quality traffic from paid campaigns
