Founded in 1983 as a family-owned business, CultureSpace has grown into an enterprise-levelorganization serving everyone from innovative startups to Fortune 500 companies. Specializing incommercial space planning, furniture design, and installation, their team of consultants, designers,project managers, and installation specialists work together to deliver customized, culture-drivenworkspaces tailored to each client's unique vision. To complement their existing sales efforts,CultureSpace sought to increase visibility among key decision-makers at their highest-valueprospects. The goal was to highlight the superior quality of their work and their strong clientsatisfaction and retention rates, positioning the brand alongside larger, more established players inthe market.
Our Strategy
Given the highly specific audience and the objective of elevating brand perception, weimplemented a dual-platform CTV strategy. LinkedIn CTV was deployed to drive upper-funnelawareness, while YouTube CTV supported remarketing efforts. CTV provides a premium, highimpact environment that aligns well with positioning the brand alongside larger competitors.Combined with LinkedIn's granular targeting capabilities enabled precise access to key decisionmakers, reaching audiences that customer match lists alone may not capture, making it the idealchannel for awareness. Remarketing remained a critical component of the overall strategy toreinforce messaging and maintain top-of-mind awareness. To protect brand perception, frequencycontrols were carefully implemented to avoid oversaturation. YouTube CTV played a key role in reengaging site visitors at a more efficient cost, maximizing the impact of the allocated budget forthis initiative. Additionally, QR codes were embedded within the video creative, directing viewersto the website with UTM parameters in place to ensure full tracking and measurement.
